Facilities/ The Yard- Purpose built yard:15 brick stables (10 are 12'x12' and 5 are 14'x13') and a large youngstock barn.
- 30m x 30m sand arena with floodlight
- Site secured and locked at night
- BHS qualified supervision on site 24 hours. Owners are BHS qualified and available to teach (see 'lessons')
- Unconditional advice on all matters
- Secure communal tack room, large new feedroom areas for storage
- 20 x 60m grass dressage arena (summer lessons only)*weather permitting
- Excellent summer grazing, some limited spring grazing
- Winter turnout in arenas only - sorry no winter grazing
- Droppings removed from field daily throughout summer. Fields rested in winter
- Worming Programme, faecal egg counts available if desired
- Regular Yard Farrier (remedial) & Dentist & Back specialist
- Summer Jumping/ riding field* weather permitting
- Showjumps available at no extra cost
- No specific curfew time - owners to do not have to be off the yard at any particular time (within reason). Gates are locked through the night
- Tack & Feed sold on site - popular products in stock - all else is available to order
- Carrots - a bucket per day for only £3/ week (£13/ month in winter)
- 'Strawberry Roan' coffee room - with all kitchen facilities & heating
- Regular organised social ativities - day trips & nights out for everyone
- Regular trips to shows
- Horses taken for sale (we are not dealers and do not sell horses for ourselves, only on behalf of customers)
- Horsefinding service
- We feed all the horses in the mornings & at lunchtime for you for free
- Daily livery service for holidays/ emergencies or just a break
- Short & long term full livery & holiday livery
- Part livery by arrangement - tailored to your needs
